The  4  steps  are  Investigate,Plan,Create,Evaluate.It  follows  that  order  because  like  if  your  doing  a  proyect  first  you  have  to  investigate  what  do  you  have  to  do. Then  after  that  you  have  to  make  a  plan  of  what  are  you  gonna  do. Then  you  have  to  create  what  are  you  gonna  do. And  last  you  have  to  evaluate  what  you  did.
